Is Giants Gym for people like me? you might ask. The simple answer is almost certainly Yes! We’re here for everybody, whoever you are. With one of the most flexible membership policies, long opening hours and low prices out there, you won’t find another Gym that makes it easier to join. We believe everyone should be able to keep fit and healthy.

We’re not like other gyms. We won’t tie you into a contract and we don’t have a joining fee! That’s because we believe that fitness should be accessible to everybody – regardless of shape, size, fitness level, background or attitude. So take a look around.

Personal Training

Our experienced personal trainers will create a tailored programme specific to your goal whilst guiding your through your journey.
We specialise in weight loss, gaining muscle mass and competition preparation. Along side your physical training, we will also create a tailored diet plan to suit your needs.

Strenth Training

We have barbells, dumbbells and machines for each muscle group, so you can work out your upper body, lower body and core! They are built to target the isolated areas you want to work on – identified by clear diagrams on the machines.
Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction, which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, size of skeletal muscles and bone density.

Cardio Training 

We’ve got a wide range of cardio machines designed to help you lose weight and get results while enjoying every minute. Cardio will make your heart and lungs strong, help lower blood pressure, increase metabolism and energy levels!

Physical conditioning that exercises the heart, lungs and associated blood vessels’. In other words, when you do a cardio session, you’re giving your heart, lungs and circulatory system – in addition to any other muscle groups that you use – a good workout. Cardio exercise is extremely important because this system is effectively your body’s engine – and without a strong engine you’ll be going nowhere, no matter how good your bodywork is!
