Is Giants Gym for people like me? Yes! We’re here for everybody, whoever you are. With one of the most flexible membership tariff, long opening hours and affordable prices, you won’t find another Gym that makes it easier to join. We believe everyone should be able to keep fit and enhance health and wellbeing whilst being in a comfortable environment.

We’re not like other gyms. We won’t tie you down into a contract and we don’t charge a joining fee! That’s because we believe that fitness should be accessible to everybody – regardless of shape, size, fitness level, background. So take a look around.

Personal Training

Personal training has numerous benefits that can help individuals reach their fitness goals. A personal trainer can provide tailored workout programs, motivation, and accountability. They can also teach proper form and technique to prevent injuries and help clients reach their goals faster. Additionally, personal training can improve overall health and well-being by promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Weights Section

We have barbells, dumbbells and machines for each muscle group, so you can work out your upper body, lower body and core! They are built to target the isolated areas you want to work on – identified by clear diagrams on the machines.
Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction, which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, size of skeletal muscles and bone density.

Cardio Section

We’ve got a wide range of cardio machines designed to help you lose weight and get results while enjoying every minute. Cardio will make your heart and lungs strong, help lower blood pressure, increase metabolism and energy levels!
